What You'll Do
- Support the team in receiving and processing customer orders
- Verify customer information and purchase order details
- Monitor forecasts and inform the team of any issues
- Generate sales orders and coordinate delivery
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices and shipping documents
- Handle customer complaints and lead investigations
- Assist with import / export licenses and customs matters
- Perform monthly stock checks and prepare inventory reports
