Requirements
- Possess a minimum of Secondary certification and above.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Exhibit strong sales acumen and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills to effectively close deals and build strong client relationships.

- Experience in insurance sales is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Mandarin language is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the Bayan Lepas region.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success in achieving sales goals.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their specific requirements.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Utilize Mandarin language proficiency to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.Benefits
