Internship Jul / Aug Intake - Software Product & Innovation

Position Overview : We're looking for a curious, driven, and tech-savvy individual in their 2nd or 3rd year of university to join our Product and Innovation team. This isn’t your average internship. As a Product and Innovation Intern, you’ll work directly with product leads, engineers, and business stakeholders to build, test, and deploy new solutions that push the boundaries of HR technology. Whether you're passionate about AI / ML, a budding software engineer, or someone who enjoys turning data into decisions, this role is designed to give you exposure across the entire product development lifecycle. Who We're Looking For : -Students or fresh grads in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI / ML, or Business / Tech-related fields -Passionate about innovation, experimentation, and building real-world solutions -Comfortable with Python, JavaScript, or other modern programming languages -Bonus : experience with LLMs, automation APIs (Zapier, n8n), data dashboards, or UX research -Independent, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
