Job description

ROLE : Live Sales Agent (Customer Service) - Cantonese

HEADCOUNT REQUIRED : 1

START DATE : ASAP

WORK SCHEDULE : Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm

LOCATION : Damansara Uptown, Imazium ( Petaling Jaya, Selangor )

SALARY AND BENEFITS :

Basic : RM RM4500

KPI incentive : RM 250 depends on performance

Public Holiday double pay

Free meal per day

LANGUAGE : Cantonese + Mandarin + B2 English

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (90% of support is handled in English, will need to handle customers from USA, Australia, Europe & etc)
  • Ability to handle 10% of Cantonese & Mandarin language queue (will need to handle customers from Hong Kong, Taiwan & China)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Customer Service or Sales
  • Willingness to work onsite – remote work is not available

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities :

  • Call Center Sales Agent responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales ecommerce revenue for clients.
  • Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step by step through purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.
  • When customer is unable to purchase online, create sales lead in CRM to be serviced by sales team
  • Triage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels
