DC Civil Structural Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in professional scheme design, feasibility analysis, cost comparison, and construction drawing design management of the data center project structure, design support for on-site construction.
• Have experience with structural types and design methods of buildings / structures in the construction industry, participate in the professional design plans for project structures, effectively manage design team and consultants, and provide effective design suggestions, review relevant construction plans and construction drawings.
• Responsible for structural technical index control, project bidding and bid evaluation, review and manage the detailed design completed by the contractor according to the project plan and design.
• Organize and coordinate with other specialties on design and continuous optimization of design; have ability to analyze and solve problems on site; familiar with construction technology and procedures.
• Organize and participate in the testing and acceptance of relevant structures in data center projects / constructions, responsible for project coordination, technical change, and other post-project matters.
• Responsible for the communication and coordination of design consultants, owners, government departments, suppliers, and contractors of Southeast Asia projects.
