Overview

Lead cost planning, estimation, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and manage procurement processes.

Administer contracts, manage variations, and ensure contractual compliance.

Conduct valuations and certify interim and final payments to contractors.

Identify and manage commercial risks, changes, and claims.

Produce cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and progress updates for stakeholders.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to align financial and project goals.

Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors and support staff.

Oversee preparation and agreement of final accounts and project close-out.
