PA INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY CONSULTANTS SDN BHD

Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia

Full-time

Required to conduct valuations of properties.
The job predominantly involves report, site inspections, as well as liaison with clients, banker and solicitors.

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Valuation / Property Management / Real Estate Management or equivalent.

Preferably candidates with at least 10 years of working experience in the related fields.

Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Melayu (Verbal and written).

Possess good marketing skills and able to interact with people of all levels.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
