Job descriptionInitiate research and development efforts to create new products, evaluate current and Establish / maintaining and updating the related Standard Procedures, Work Instruction, Provided support towards product quality, cost and improving process efficiency and Ensure product compliance to food act and regulation standard from the aspects of Involve in product and packaging development, product costing and selection of raw / Continuous innovation, building foundation of product research and packaging Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree / Diploma in Food Technology or At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the FMCG industry. Candidate must have the skill of Bakery Must be innovative and able to work independently. Dynamic, resourceful with good communications. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English Industry Background : Food Industry, with Product Development experience and leadership to manage a team. Job Responsibilities

products to ensure to meet customer needs and requirements. Supervise production
