Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and make sound judgments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

Human Resources and Administration

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Help gather, organize, and manage important HR documents and data.
  • Contribute to various HR-related activities and projects as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to the project team.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives by applying critical thinking skills.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and activities.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Plantation Executive

  • Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage and organize files, documents, and other information resources.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives by applying critical thinking skills.
  • Support the planning and execution of company activities.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Strong with tissue culture knowledge.
  • Account / Finance

  • To handle full set of accounts including preparation of management report.
  • To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing month end journals.
  • To perform other duties and general administrative task as assigned.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc task and all other duties as instructed by the superior from time to time.
  • Manufacturing / Production

  • Ensure that all activities carried out meet maintenance KPI & company objective.
  • To reduce machine breakdown and recommend short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Ensure spare parts for all machines and facilities are adequate in Manufacturing Department.
  • Documentation control.
  • Monitor and update inventory.
  • Machine Improvement.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
