HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
- Handling recruitment.
- Maintaining leave records.
- Monitor and maintain time attendance
- Maintain filing system.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Payroll processing, overtime calculation, deductions, statutory deduction commission, allowance, ensuring adherence to tax laws, and other regulatory requirement
- Verify overtime work staff with attendance record registered and other related matters.
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures and attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain all personnel documents and ensure high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate orientation programs and administer applications required for new hires.
- Assist in the planning of employee engagement activities to strengthen employee bonding and organizational growth.
- Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Coordination and planning company event / trip / business trip.
- Updating medical insurance for employee
- Other duties as required.
