Job Responsibilities :
Development and Delivery of Training Programs :
- Design and implement both public and in-house training programs related to QHSE management systems.
- Conduct training sessions in offline, online, or hybrid formats.
- Develop training outlines, materials, presentations, and instructional guides.
- Supporting and delivering webinars where applicable.
Program Evaluation and Support :
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.Address client inquiries related to the certification process.Stay up-to-date on the latest QHSE regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and industry best practices.Strategic Contributions :
Provide guidance to management on training and development strategies.Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed.Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.Compliance and Quality Assurance :
Ensure adherence to the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics, and BV Group’s policies and procedures.Upskilling :
Attends new training to qualify for other training courses.Job Requirements :
Possess a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred.Possesses TTT qualification / HRDF qualified trainer.Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
