In this role you will :
Talent Acquisition
- Assist with implementing the organisation's recruiting strategy;
- Assist with the hiring process, coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and conducting interviews;
- Assist in posting job announcements onto different job platforms;
- Supports a pleasant onboarding & candidate experiences for all hirings
- Support in writing job descriptions;Processing personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval;
People Operations
Assist in analyzing data and updating various data sources;Assist in administrative tasksEmployee Engagement
Assist in planning & executing employee engagement activitiesImprove and improvise current employee engagement activitiesEmployer Branding

Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months to gain full exposure;Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent;High proficiency in English; Written and Verbal.Proficiency in written and verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.A knack for multitasking, as you will be managing multiple projects on a deadline in addition to handling third-party suppliers, partners, and vendors.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Job Type : Internship
