Get to Know the Team

The Regional Loyalty team sits within Grab's Marketing organisation, overseeing consumer loyalty across Grab's business verticals, markets and broader ecosystem. Its primary goal is to design and manage loyalty levers to enhance consumer lifetime value (LTV), and profitability for the organisation.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to Manager, Regional Loyalty Strategy. In this role, you will work together with regional and country stakeholders to :

• Structure and manage well-loved loyalty programs (e.g. GrabUnlimited, GrabRewards) that consumers engage with
• Shape consumer behaviour – e.g. incentivising LTV‑uplifting transactions / behaviours, driving adoption of new features / products
• Incorporate and leverage Grab's wider ecosystem and strategic partners
• Work with regional and country teams on program / tool / product improvement

This role is based onsite in our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office.
