Vehicle Performance Manager
Working with the engineering team and vehicle program team for execution and achieving vehicle technical specifications (VTS). Together with engineering and CAE team, finding solution to achieve vehicle technical requirements.
Tracking the development of sub-system technical specification (SSTS) and component technical specifications (CTS) from VTS requirements by the engineering team. Reporting the status and issues achieving VTS during development. Working with engineering and vehicle program team to achieve optimal solutions.Conducting the vehicle performance integration team meeting (VPIT) : to balance and resolve performance integration issues through Open Issue List (OIL) tracking, as well as managing and tracking vehicle performance status : such as balance between performance and cost, balance among different components design to achieve optimum design.Gathering trends of competitors in the area of vehicle performance, working with marketing to develop product competition strategy based on market competition strategy and customer research.Support Vehicle integration team, coordinating benchmarking testing and testing related to performance attributes.Verification Physical and VirtualOrganizing vehicle ride events at key stages of vehicle development : this is subjective ride evaluation with vehicle program and development team key stakeholders to understand the conditions of vehicle at major milestones of development. Reviewing performance status and foresee upcoming development issues involving integration.
Together with testing organization and program management, tracking progress in performance status from vehicle testing results during vehicle development, and following up foreseeable performance issues.Establish and maintaining the Vehicle Design Specification (VDS) document of each platforms / models and release to related stakeholders for mass production usage.OthersIf required, attend in production & market issues and support the trouble shooting activities.
Conduct cost benefit proposal such as VAIVE, kaizen, ICC activities within design related scope.Vehicle Architecture Manager
Vehicle Architect Manager (VAM) leads the Engineering & Technical Integration activities during vehicle development.Collaborate with studio Engineering Manager to integrate the Studio surface with the Engineering criteria.Integrate engineering, performance and manufacturing criterla to provide the Studio with a reasonable band- width for creative design.Lead and manage the Engineering Gateway during Project development.Responsible for technical supervision, management and result of Vehicle architecture scope of work within project.Ensure conformance to internal & external requirement.Ensure availability of agreed concepts : Lead & participate in relevant vehicle architecture meeting.Built-up & supervision of Vehicle Architecture team.VCIT coordinator open issue list report.Definition of package, ergonomic & legal requirements within the project.Architecture adaptability analysis report.Architecture strategy report and architecture book.Integration of geometrical target system for complete vehicle functions, system & module.Controlling & monitoring of targets.Transfer of experience / Lesson Learned within team.Job Requirements
New Product Development System (NPDS), New Product Introduction (NPI) or any equivalent automotive product development methodology knowledge.Knowledge and experience in engineering specifications.Fundamental knowledge in automobile design and its performance.Have good subjective vehicle assessment skills.Excellent problem-solving skills, scientific analysis skills based on objective data.Exposure & understand in fundamental CAE analysis methodology.Exposure to understand market condition and requirements, regulations & voice of customers.Quality Management System knowledge.Good leadership, communication and presentation skills.Discipline and hardworking; Analytical thinking.#J-18808-Ljbffr
