Job description

To study drawings and specifications to understand project requirement.

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

Preparing the necessary paper work or project related documentation regarding construction site / activities.

Maintain safety and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring, highlight problem or defects and supervising the work of the worker / sub-contractor.

Track and liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet the project schedule.

Assign and supervise daily workforce for workers.

Any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
