Job Descriptions : Recruitment : Conduct and oversee whole recruitment process Recruitment : Source for suitable candidates for open job positions using various job-searching platforms Project Management : Work together with stakeholders in planning, monitoring and leading projects and managing project resources Staff Management : In charge of managing and supervising teams under different projects Business Development : Contribute to company's business growth by handling new customers, bidding on new projects, creating & sharing new proposals Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in any relevant field Good customer service, decision making & analytical skills; Goal-oriented; Flexible & Proactive Possess good command of written & spoken English Outgoing personality with an interest of working with people from various backgrounds Experience in recruitment / talent sourcing is an added advantage Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Seniority level
