Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and industrial relations practices
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Experience supporting IT or Finance functions is a strong advantage
  • Background in shared services environment preferred
  • Proven ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities
  • What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business priorities
  • Provide expert guidance on HR programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead and support the execution of talent management and organizational development initiatives
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to roll out global and regional HR programs
  • Manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, recruitment, and exit processes
