Job description

The Admin Executive (MIS) is responsible for providing administrative and system support to ensure smooth operations of the company's Management Information System. This role involves data management, report generation, system administration, and coordination between departments to enhance decision-making and business efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education :

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or equivalent.

Experience :

  • Minimum 1–3 years' working experience in administrative, MIS, or data management roles.
  • Fresh graduates may also be considered (with internship experience in admin / IT support).
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling data.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Administrative Support :

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for MIS-related functions.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation related to MIS.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and official correspondence.
  • MIS & Data Management :

  • Collect, verify, and update operational and management data in the MIS.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all MIS records.
  • System Support & Coordination :

  • Liaise with IT team to support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user access.
  • Provide first-level support to staff on MIS-related issues.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission of data and reports.
  • Compliance & Process Improvement :

  • Ensure MIS processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data handling and reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
