Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee a team of Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) supporting the Canada Market for QuickBooks and PTG SaaS. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sales background, excellent people management skills, and the ability to drive performance in a high-paced outbound and inbound sales environment. This role requires balancing coaching, operational management, and strategic execution to ensure the team consistently meets revenue, acquisition, and retention targets. Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) to exceed acquisition, retention, and revenue growth targets. Drive daily sales performance through effective pipeline management, call coaching, and activity tracking. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align with go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks SaaS. Monitor KPIs (conversion, retention, expansion, customer satisfaction) and implement action plans to address gaps. Conduct regular performance reviews, calibrations, and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement. Identify and mitigate risks impacting performance, including staffing, process gaps, or client escalations. Analyze sales trends, forecast team performance, and provide actionable insights for leadership. Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and ethical standards. Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, motivation, and team collaboration. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership / operations within SaaS, B2B, or tech sales (Canada or North America market experience preferred). Proven success in leading a sales team to achieve quota, revenue, and retention targets. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle, and sales methodologies. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a night shift schedule and manage a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Job Details
