Product Manager

I’m supporting a fast-growing FinTech and Tech for Good scale-up in the search for a Senior Product Manager. The company has doubled in size through continued investment, award recognition and the rapid success of major new partnerships. Their platforms support both customers and internal teams throughout the mortgage and insurance journey, combining human support with smart technology to help people who may have struggled with traditional lenders.

What you’ll be doing

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the full product process in an organisation where needs can shift quickly and priorities evolve as the business scales. You’ll take high-level requirements directly from the CEO and senior stakeholders, breaking them down into clear, actionable product direction. You’ll support sprint planning, help refine technical requirements and work cross-functionally.

You’ll play a key role in managing roadmap decisions; balancing new features, growing partner demand and ongoing enhancements to a platform used across the entire customer journey. You’ll help ensure teams stay aligned, even when priorities change, by bringing structure, transparency and measured decision-making.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a tech-led or digital-first organisation.
• Confidence leading an end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Experience gained in a start-up environment working in an end-to-end product role from strategy through to delivery and happy to remain hands on.
• Experience working in an environment with evolving or shifting priorities.
• Ability to collaborate closely with technical, operational and design teams.
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or supporting a product designer is helpful.
• Understanding of accessible, user-centred product design.
• Willingness to attend occasional in-person meet-ups in the South West or other UK locations.
• (Desirable) Experience in FinTech or financial services.
