You know how to elevate content for maximum impact while optimising workflows with the latest tools and AI innovations.

Responsibilities

Lead the editing of high-impact videos across social media, campaigns, events, and branded content.

Provide creative direction and guidance during shoot days, including supervising setups and supporting junior crew.

Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

Mentor and guide junior editors to help them grow in skills and efficiency.

Stay ahead of industry trends and implement the latest AI tools and techniques to streamline workflow and enhance storytelling.

Maintain organised project structures, deliverables, and timelines to keep production moving smoothly.

Requirements

Are meticulous, proactive, and think several steps ahead.

Communicate clearly, collaborate well, and inspire confidence in teammates and clients alike.

Have deep expertise in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Opus, or equivalent).

Bring strong creative judgment with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse platforms.

Are curious about new tech and confident in experimenting with smarter, more effective ways to work.

Bonus : advanced skills in motion graphics, animation, colour grading, or managing multi-cam edits.
