We're looking for a Marketing Admin Intern to assist our marketing operations. You'll work closely with our marketing team to help manage content workflows, coordinate video production, and support campaign execution for both internal and client needs.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in coordinating livestream and video content schedules for client and in-house projects
- Help ensure smooth execution during live sessions (e.g., checking setup, logistics prep)
- Support 2 marketing offices in administrative tasks, including documentation, calendar updates, and communication with live hosts and talents.
- Track live session output (e.g. number of sessions, content per session, performance logs)
- Help maintain an organized database of content assets (videos, thumbnails, livestream records)
- Liaise with internal teams (designers, ops, client service) to ensure content alignment
- Assist in compiling simple reports for performance tracking (views, engagement, etc.)
Requirements :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies or a related fieldHighly organized and able to multitask across different teams / officesComfortable using basic tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CanvaA team player, proactive, and fast learnerBenefits :
