Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive to support the planning and technical coordination of the Northern TechValley Industry Park project. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution, compliance with technical standards, and timely delivery of milestones.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

Assist in preparing, monitoring, and updating project master schedules.

Track progress, identify potential delays, and propose recovery plans.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to align schedules and resources.

Technical Coordination

Review construction drawings and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.

Liaise with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders on technical matters, approvals, and regulatory compliance.

Provide technical input during planning, design coordination, and execution stages.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure construction activities meet required standards, specifications, and regulations.

Support in securing permits and statutory approvals, including building plan and CCC.

Monitor site implementation for compliance with the company's Quality Management System.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and meeting minutes for management review.

Facilitate communication between project teams, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.

Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.

Qualification & Skills

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or property development projects (industrial park experience is an advantage).

Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and technical coordination.

Familiar with local authority approval processes and regulatory requirements.

Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management / technical tools.
