- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the financial services or merchant services industry.
- Familiarity with the local merchant landscape and industry regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using various sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Possess own transport preferably car, with valid driving license.
