About the role

As a Warranty Assistant at MBF SAG AUTO SDN BHD', you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and managing the warranty claims process for our automotive clients. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for processing warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaising with customers, dealers, and manufacturers to address warranty-related inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all warranty claims and related activities
  • Providing support to the warranty team, including data entry, reporting, and process improvements
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers and dealers to ensure a seamless warranty experience
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure consistent and effective customer service

  • Proven experience in a customer service or warranty-related role within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks
  • Proficient in using relevant software and systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
