Job Description for Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Perform QC inspections for manufacturing department in-process parts.
Inspect products using established policies, procedures for specific criteria, as required.
Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
Investigate and assist production personnel, regarding product or process failure and determining their origin and cause, and to report recommendations to Superior.
Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
Responsible for QC department document filing system.
Able to interact with other departments on observations and corrections.

Requirements :

Minimum a SPM level certificate

At least 2 years of working experience in engineering or manufacturing related field.

Able to read precision machining drawings and GD&T

Able to work independently, take initiative at work, organized.

Have basic knowledge of most QC measuring instruments eg : caliper, pin gauge and thread gauge.

Have at least Zeiss CMM setting knowledge and programming knowledge, or willing to learn attitude and mindset.

Actively support safety measurement in the work place

Well versed in Microsoft Office , Excel and aptitude in mathematic.

Had knowledge in milling or lathing is a plus.
