Responsibilities
- Perform premium blowdry and finishing for a clean, polished look.
- Create haircut, henna glow treatment and keratin shine for healthy hair.
- Monitor service flow and QC team finishing / wash performance.
- Train team to follow one unified signature finishing style.
- Wash hair with Ayurvedin scalp oil ritual.
- Upsell serum / treatment elegantly at finishing stage.
- Act as Floor Captain – lead energy, standard and customer vibe.
