Finance Senior Manager

The opportunity

The Senior Finance Manager will serve as a business partner and advisor to key business leaders. This role will establish a trusted relationship with their clients, understanding their needs and teaming with other Finance team members to bring best-in-class analytical support, functional expertise and reporting solutions. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the organisation in all financial and operational matters.

Your key responsibilities

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Lead the month end closing process which includes data preparation, interface with service line team, issues clarification and resolution and detailed analysis of key accounts and unusual items
• Lead the Finance department by managing a large team including Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Treasury and Tax Planning
• Complete detailed monthly reporting requirements, highlights risks & opportunities and propose recommendations / action plans
• Prepare firm yearly budget and monthly rolling financial forecast in support of management and business team decision making
• Manage financial data of engagement team’s performance indicators such as revenue, margin, WIP and account receivable aging
• Providing advice on business issues, finance related questions, policies, procedures and proactive approach which enable the business units to reach the forecasted results
• Responsible for system and reporting improvements besides driving efficiency in the finance department
• To formulate and prepare documentation for SOP / Policy
