Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Manager , with a proven track record in corporate sales, ultra high net worth client management, asset management, private banking, and experience with IUTA. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with corporate and high net worth clients, driving business development initiatives, and expanding our network of clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire and retain corporate clients and ultra high net worth individuals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies and high net worth individuals.
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to clients, including investment planning, wealth management, and risk management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and personalized solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up selling financial products and services.
- Leverage existing network and actively expand contacts within the corporate and high net worth community to generate leads and referrals.
Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation encouraged.Work Requirement
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, ultra high net worth client management, asset management, private banking, and IUTA sales.Proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with corporate clients and high net worth individuals.Experience in asset or fund management and exposure to private mandates and unit trust funds.Proven track record in driving net new money and delivering revenue growth in private banking or asset management environment.Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Extensive network of corporate and high net worth clientele.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of initiative and adaptability.Primary Location
