Operation Executive

Coordinate with the freight forwarder provider on import and export shipments and customs-related issues

Check product custom tariff codes to ensure accurate tariff calculation

Ensure accurate documentation and goods receiving fromthe supplier

Data entry of goods receipt note (GRN) into the system and match the supplier delivery with the Purchase Order

In charge of the delivery of goods and sales documents to customers

Control delivered invoice and payment collection

Update and compile logistics-related monthly and daily reports

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Project Planner Responsibilities

Set a clear target to ensure production can follow the plan accordingly.

Coordinating production operations in accordance with the available resources (material, labour, and equipment).

Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, scheduling, updating, and closing assigned work orders.

Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.

Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.

Keeping track of production volume to make sure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.

Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on the production schedule

Update the work progress and liaise with the technician, engineer, storekeeper, and other relevant parties

Track and report progress against the schedule and continuously monitor risk

Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics and Transport Administration, Business Administration, or other related field

Have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field

Proven working experience in warehouse, supply chain, or equivalent, including import and export documentation and process

Exceptional communication skills
