Job Description :

  • Review and manage user content per client policies to maintain a safe online environment.
  • Identify, resolve, and elevate complex content or user safety issues as needed.
  • Act as a user advocate, ensuring fair and consistent policy application.
  • Stay updated on evolving guidelines and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in regular training and discussions to enhance quality and awareness on sensitive topics.

Requirements :

  • Strong emotional resilience, coping, and stress‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills in Japanese or Korean.
  • Strong critical‑thinking and sound decision‑making abilities.
  • High cultural awareness of political and social contexts in the supported region.
  • Open to local Malaysian candidates and any nationalities.
  • Open to candidates with JLPT or TOPIK certificates.
