Job Description :
- Review and manage user content per client policies to maintain a safe online environment.
- Identify, resolve, and elevate complex content or user safety issues as needed.
- Act as a user advocate, ensuring fair and consistent policy application.
- Stay updated on evolving guidelines and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in regular training and discussions to enhance quality and awareness on sensitive topics.
Requirements :
Strong emotional resilience, coping, and stress‑management skills.Excellent communication and comprehension skills in Japanese or Korean.Strong critical‑thinking and sound decision‑making abilities.High cultural awareness of political and social contexts in the supported region.Open to local Malaysian candidates and any nationalities.Open to candidates with JLPT or TOPIK certificates.Due to the application volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
