Job Description Oversee new product certification to align with commercial and marketing timelines, ensuring timely product launch in Malaysia. Handle application, renewal, and validity of COA Import Permits, SIRIM Certification (including MCTS & factory audits), and MCMC approval for Bluetooth / Wi-Fi products. Maintain COA permit master table and SIRIM label usage records. Manage inbound shipments to Malaysia : validate shipping documents / COO, process customs clearance, and coordinate delivery to warehouse. Oversee inventory for warehouse and consignment stocks, including SKU count, phase in / out, slow-moving, and obsolete stock reporting. Conduct inventory scrapping on time per company policy. Manage monthly cycle counts and year-end stock take for warehouse and concept stores, including reconciliation and reporting for stock adjustments. Monitor 3PL performance to meet agreed service levels and lead times in line with Company standards. Verify vendor invoices, submit payment requests, and manage logistics expense accrual with Finance. Lead process improvements to enhance delivery lead times, reduce logistics costs, and improve operational efficiency per group standards. Salary Range : 1 - 1 Requirements Degree in a relevant field or equivalent. 3–5 years’ experience in logistics and import / export operations in home appliances product. Familiar with product certification processes : COA & SIRIM (Malaysia) and CoC (Singapore), especially for electronics. Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and collaborate well to drive results. Clear and confident in written and verbal communication; good at listening and presenting ideas. Skilled in problem-solving, especially in supply and demand planning. Analytical with the ability to spot gaps and improvement opportunities. Independent and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
