Job Description

The Regional Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for managing the marketing and communication initiatives across APAC and developing tools for the region in collaboration with the global marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Define target audience and develop integrated content and marketing strategies that meet business and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct content, consumer, and trend research to inform strategic direction.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives communicate LifeWave’s value proposition effectively and achieve maximum outreach.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor marketing budgets and project timelines to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Lead the creation of content across print and digital platforms, including copywriting, visual design, and video production.
  • Oversee production of online and offline marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand identity and appeal to the target audience.
  • Develop effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and corporate image.
  • Create engagement and lead-generation opportunities through social media, print, trade shows, exhibits, and brand activations.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing results against defined KPIs.
  • Gather field insights from sales and business development teams to refine marketing approaches and support business growth.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure alignment in business direction and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Support campaign activation by ensuring field readiness and maximum outreach.
  • Serve as the liaison between local markets and global teams, ensuring alignment of regional and global marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional marketing team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to local marketing teams as needed.
  • Advocate for the brand and ensure compliance with corporate standards and branding guidelines.
  • Stay current with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in equivalent field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales & marketing management experience in a multinational, direct selling or network marketing organization.
  • Strong business acumen in the direct selling and network marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of English language .
  • Strong leadership with people management skills.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Highly strategic with critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal driven, and highly committed.
  • Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. MBA or other Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • 12 years of experience in a multinational, direct selling or network marketing organization with sales or business development experience and 5 years of management experience.
  • Strong business acumen in the direct selling and network marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to interpret market trends, business performance, and consumer behavior.
  • Impeccable integrity and value system.
  • A very hands-on individual with a deep level of commitment to make a positive impact and to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Ability to innovate and implement creative sales strategies that align with evolving market trends and digital transformation.
  • Ability to develop lasting relationships with the field and leverage on relationships to drive results in sales.
  • Strong leadership and a good mentor
  • Great workshop planner, trainer, personal coach, and advisor.
  • Great speaker with good presentation skills and has the ability to conduct ad hoc trainings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel within the country and the region to lead and support business-building activities.
