HRBP

Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia, an executive recruitment firm is partnering with a multinational frozen food supplier to hire a HRBP. This role will support the regional HR initiatives with a particular focus on CSR program management, employee onboarding, and talent development across the APAC operations. While the role involves engagement with business leaders, the initial focus will be on strengthening the HR function and internal processes. This opportunity is based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) - Global Oversight

Lead and manage the global CSR strategy and implementation.

Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding journey for new hires, particularly CDD (fixed-term contract) employees.

Partner with HR and business leaders to assess learning needs and craft effective L&D strategies.

Act as a key supporting partner to the internal HR team, helping to build scalable, people-first solutions.

Support the execution of HR initiatives across APAC countries.
