About the role

RH MEGAFLEX SDN BHD' is seeking a detail-oriented and organized ISO Clerk to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Seelong, Johor and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's ISO compliance and documentation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain ISO-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Ensure all ISO-related records and files are properly organised and archived
  • Assist in the preparation of ISO audit materials and support the audit process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and update ISO-related information
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our ISO management system and make recommendations
  • Provide administrative support for ISO-related activities and projects

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an ISO-certified organisation
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
