Tasks

We’re Hiring – Business Development / Sales Manager (IT Services)

Are you passionate about driving cloud adoption and helping businesses unlock the power of Microsoft solutions? We’re looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Target Market : Europe & USA, Canada and Australia

What You’ll Do :

Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and partnerships.

Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions bundled with our managed services (migration, support, helpdesk, security).

Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deal registrations.

Manage customer accounts, ensuring renewals and growth opportunities.

Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud / Managed Services preferred).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).

Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in the technology sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and service delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and inform business strategies.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's service offerings and unique value propositions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology sector.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Strong understanding of digital transformation and IT services, including data center, wireless, and data communications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
