HR Service Delivery Lead - Senior Manager
This role is a Shared Services Center Human Resources Lead for the HR functions with 90+ employees, driving standardized, optimized and top quartile HR services operations, supporting clients from multiple countries in the region, including China and Indonesia. This role will also be driving transformation and streamlining operations performance of key HR activities to support global activities, with strong capability to build a highly engaged and productive team. The current HR functions cover payroll, time management, employee data maintenance, and compensation & benefit processes.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, lead, and manage a high-performing team in delivering business results and the expected service levels.
- Lead the team in identifying, assessing, and resolving human resources operations related problems / issues and provide resolutions.
- Engage with the client executive stakeholders periodically to update operational status, to resolve operations related issues, and to propose and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manage People - Leading the 90+ employees, the role includes building a highly performing and engaged workforce within the function.
- Manage Financial and Budget - Manage and own the departmental financial budget and manage the operations within the committed budget.
- Drive standardized, optimized, and best-in-class HR services operations with the focus on risk & compliance, continuous improvement, and operations excellence.
- Manage Transition and Change - Lead the team in assessing any change request or new transition of scope, to plan and manage transition of work from client to the shared services center from time to time.
Requirements :
Minimum 13 to 15 years of working experience.Solid background in Shared Service Centre (SSC) or BPO environment.Proven leadership experience, managing teams and driving HR operations at scale.Strong track record in delivering HR transformation projects.Strong stakeholder management, including exposure to CHRO, senior leaders, and regional counterparts.Strong in HR data analytics, reporting, and compliance.Expertise in time (attendance), payroll, and employee data management, and C&B.English and Mandarin proficiencyWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
