Role Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and articulate Telemarketer to be the first point of contact with potential clients. You’ll introduce our leadership development programs, nurture interest, and generate qualified leads.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls (cold & warm leads) to corporate clients and business leaders
Introduce our programs and generate sales leads
Update and maintain lead information and call outcomes in our CRM system

We are looking for someone who is…

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Resilient, positive, and target-driven

Compensation

Basic Salary (Full-time) : RM 2,500 – RM 3,000

Statutory benefits : EPF, SOCSO, EIS
