Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Offer technical support to school staff and troubleshoot computer problems;

Deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems;

Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical concepts;

Perform routine system maintenance, updates, software installations, and backups (weekly Google Drive data / pictures);

Preventive and monthly maintenance of Laptops, PCs, tablets and other network devices;

Set up and maintain IT equipment for events, meetings, presentations and examinations in School;

Create and manage user accounts, email ID, (Google Workspace Super Admin), passwords, and access permissions for staff and students;

Support the school management system (ASIS) and Learning Management Systems (Google classroom, Canva, Seesaw & etc)

Ensure smooth operation of school IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN, servers, TM Unifi, VPN);

10.  Collaborate with third party IT vendors when necessary;

11.  Other ad-hoc duties when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience in IT support or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer centric approach.

Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with school IT systems (e.g., Google Workspace, LMS, AV equipment) is an added advantage.

Familiarity with Software and Hardware in Computers;

Strong interpersonal and cross departmental coordination skills; proactive; diligent, and execution-driven
