Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the Malaysia IT solutions and staffing market . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading high-value client engagements, and securing new business opportunities within the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the business development function across Malaysia, with a strong focus on IT solutions and staffing services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Acquire new clients (new logos), develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Represent client in industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
Key Requirements :
13-15 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the technology industry , with a focus on IT solutions and staffing .Mandatory experience in the Malaysian market with a deep understanding of local customer dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.Ability to lead and influence internal sales teams and external stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
