Regional Sales Manager - Cleanroom Industry

Responsibilities : Lead market penetration across assigned geographies and cleanroom industry segments, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and expanding share-of-wallet with existing accounts. Develop and implement a structured Sales Plan aligned with regional goals, broken down by customer accounts, geographies, and product lines. Track progress monthly and adjust strategies as needed. Gain a deep understanding of cleanroom customers’ operations, compliance needs, and growth strategies to tailor product and service offerings that address their specific requirements. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with major cleanroom accounts, fostering loyalty and ensuring high retention. Work cross-functionally with operations, quality, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all KPIs and service commitments are consistently met or exceeded. Ideal Candidate : Currently in a senior B2B sales role, with proven success in developing international sales and managing complex cleanroom-related customer portfolios (e.g., semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, or electronics sectors). Demonstrated track record in securing and managing large, multi-million-dollar accounts involving long sales cycles and technical solution selling. More than 10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years working directly with customers in industries requiring cleanroom solutions. Seniority level :
