Technical Support Executive (Automotive Aftersales & Warranty)
We are looking for a dedicated Executive, Technical – Aftersales Technical Support & Warranty to support and enhance after-sales operations. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to branches and dealers, ensuring timely resolution of product or service-related issues, coordinating spare parts supply, and improving overall after-sales performance. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between dealers, customers, and the principal’s technical team to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with branches, dealers, and principal (WTCA).
- Establish, manage, and implement after-sales SOPs and processes, including service administration, customer database maintenance, and operations management.
- Provide technical support to dealers and resolve technical issues in coordination with the principal’s technical team.
- Manage and respond to customer complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, coordinate, and ensure sufficient spare parts supply to support service operations.
- Monitor and improve after-sales operations, technical support, parts, and service performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Automotive, preferably with mechanical or warranty background.At least 2 years of relevant working experience in after-sales operations (workshop, parts, warranty, or services).Strong knowledge of after-sales processes, technical support, and spare parts management.Strong self-learning skills and willingness to learn.Job insights
