Job descriptionProven experience (5+ years) in sales within the freight forwarding / logistics industry. Strong knowledge of international shipping and logistics solutions (air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, etc.). Demonstrated ability to develop new business and close deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth or differentiation.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members where necessary.
