Job Summary

Enovix is seeking a Statistical Process Control Staff Engineer to enable effective Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation for our Production Line. He / she will work closely with cross functional teams to develop SPC solutions to manufacture batteries in production.

Responsibilities

To drive and to champion Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation with the process team for all relevant processes in the Penang facility

To lead the team on effective SPC implementation and to define process improvements through a PDCA approach

To lead active SPC reviews with process owners on a timely basis to enable proper process control and trend detection in preventing non-conforming product

To create high level SPC dashboards together with the process team for real time monitoring of key chart performances

To be an expert on utilizing Enovix identified SPC software and to provide guidelines to the team on the software usage

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Mathematics / Statistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience

Proficiency in Statistical Process Control principles and practices

Hands-on experience with setting up SPC program in high volume manufacturing

Must have experience driving SPC reviews and action plans with cross functional teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivation and results oriented mindset is essential
