Job description

Finance & Accounting Trainee Program

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Finance & Accounting Trainee Program, which includes rotations in :

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Cash Management

Position Overview

You will support essential accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of daily transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable : Manage invoice processing, recurring payments, month-end reporting, and GR / IR reconciliation.

Accounts Receivable : Oversee collections, manage debit / credit notes, create aging reports, and perform bank reconciliations.

Cash Management : Handle transaction processing, prepare cash position reports, and reconcile bank statements.

General Accounting / GL : Maintain the general ledger, manage cost center data, and assist with the month-end close process.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Must be located in Bangsar South, KL.

Open to fresh graduates (training will be provided).

Required Skills

Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP.

Familiarity with accounting principles.
