What you'll be doing?

Lead and inspire : Guide your customer support team to deliver top-notch service in air freight logistics.
Problem-solving champion : Handle escalated issues with professionalism and find effective solutions for customers.
Performance optimization : Regularly evaluate and enhance team performance to exceed service standards.
Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with various departments to ensure swift resolution of service issues.
Customer relationship building : Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions.
Strategic planning : Develop and implement customer service policies and training programs to drive excellence.
Continuous improvement : Analyze processes and identify areas for enhancement in service delivery.
Data-driven insights : Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and team performance.
Customer onboarding and retention : Ensure smooth integration of new clients and maintain long-term loyalty.

Who are they looking for?

Educational background : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Industry experience : 3-5 years in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Leadership skills : Proven track record in team management or supervisory roles.

Problem-solving prowess : Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.

Multitasking abilities : Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Language proficiency : Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an advantage for regular communication with China-based customers.
