We are looking for a Trainer to support teams in humanizing responses for conversational systems . The role involves training annotators to make model outputs more empathetic, natural, context-aware, and emotionally intelligent . This includes refining tone, improving phrasing, and enhancing readability for human-like interaction.

Responsibilities

• Training & Onboarding
• Train annotators in rephrasing content to be more natural, empathetic, and engaging .
• Guide teams in improving tone, sentiment alignment, and emotional depth in responses.
• Conduct workshops on creative writing, cultural sensitivity, and conversational flow .
• Review annotated samples and provide feedback to ensure consistency in style.
• Develop and update training materials on human-like dialogue creation .
• Conduct refresher sessions and workshops for existing annotators.
• Quality Assurance
• Monitor annotator performance and provide regular feedback to improve consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct calibration sessions to ensure alignment with annotation standards.
• Review and analyse errors to identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement
• Suggest improvements to annotation workflows, tools, and quality control mechanisms.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of training and annotation goals.
• Document best practices and maintain a knowledge base for annotation tasks.
