Overview

Assist in the improvement, maintenance and repair works of building and assets at VDC Serendah, VDC Segambut and Ceranamas Car Park.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment operating by following operation instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs.
• Upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems.
• Maintain inspection and repair records.
• Perform general repairs such as painting, patching walls and security hardware.
• Maintain inventory of necessary parts and equipment.
• Coordinate or install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems.
• Coordinate renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
• Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing and other related systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance on a regular schedule.
• Skills in researching and gathering information related to vendors, contractors, equipment and supplies.
• Skills in proper use of tools, chemicals, equipment, machinery and techniques in construction, maintenance and repair.
