Assistant / Translator (Penang)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide translation support between the Chinese manager and local staff, assisting in relaying information to all levels of the organization.
• Travel frequently to various branches in Penang (Seberang Perai) or Ipoh area to supervise and assist in management, planning, and relocation of branches.
• Assist the area manager in daily business activities and management, provide general administrative support, and coordinate with other stakeholders where needed.
• Handle various administrative tasks such as word processing, drafting correspondence, writing emails, and preparing corporate documents, SOPs, and policies. Take dictation, type meeting minutes, and generate operation reports.
