Lam Research is hiring an HR Coordinator to support our Global Human Resources Group.

Impact you’ll make

As an HR Representative, you will be a versatile generalist, covering a range of HR activities from recruiting to employee counseling, supporting diversity initiatives, and contributing to compensation, benefits, performance management, and personnel policies.

What you’ll do

• Internal communications – prepare and disseminate HR announcements, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain SharePoint sites.
• HR reporting – compile data for Regional HR inputs to All Employee Meeting, ensure data accuracy, support audits, and data validation.
• Procurement oversight – manage GHR procurement activities, contract tracking, purchase requisitions / orders, validate invoices, and coordinate with Finance.
• New hire / employee gift coordination – procure and distribute gifts, liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Who we’re looking for

Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of HR administrative experience, specifically managing HR contracts and invoice handling.
